I provide Saint Mary’s Fitness Center with strategic marketing plans, community outreach, creative design, social media, program and website development. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from the University of Nevada, Reno.

I lived in San Sebastian, Spain, for fourteen months while I obtained my Spanish degree. While I love to explore, travel, and have lived in San Diego and New York, I am a fourth generation Nevadan and Reno is my home.

I am working on my Master’s in Business at the University of Nevada, Reno. I have owned my own businesses and closed them. I am now developing a new brand for my endurance protein bar.

I am a wife and mother of two beautiful German Short-haired Pointers named Buck and Rambo. I started water-skiing when I was eight years old. My love for being physical grew through lifting, hiking and running.

I enjoy backpacking, river kayaking, water-skiing and hunting, and I have run over 10 half marathons, one full marathon, triathlons, an Iron Girl and training for a Half Ironman. I love anything outdoors and fitness related.
